Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with the product that you brought or you changed your mind after receiving it, then we’re more than happy for you to return the item. There are a few rules that apply though! Read carefully below, and feel free to email us any questions you may have (support@thenga.com).

  • Goods should be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Damaged or broken goods should be returned as soon as possible and Thenga.com will bare the cost of this return.
  • Unwanted items should be returned unopened and unused. The courier cost will be the purchasers responsibility or alternatively, the goods can be returned to the Thenga.com offices in Cape Town.
  • Thenga.com reserves the right to reject a return where it deems the return to be unacceptable.
  • Upon Thenga.com receiving the returned item, an account credit will be granted or replacement item sent.
  • The following items are not available for return:
    • Ink cartridges
